"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"It went very well. They were able to schedule Jason the day after I discovered the leak. Jason called 10 minutes before he arrived as he said he would. He immediately analyzed the problem and determined he could repair the old toilet or I could get a net toilet for about $400 more. His price was exact, I just don't remember exactly what it was because I decided on the new one. This was about what others had quoted me for the toilet I wanted. Jason ordered the new toilet, and it was delivered in about an hour and a half. In the mean time Jason replaced the old turn off valve which didn't work,and then the toilet when it arrived. The job was completed as promised. Jason was a very contentious, thoughtful, and through worker. He even was thoughtful enough to turn my basement lights off when he was finished. I cannot go into the basement because of my knees."

Since you’re using high heat when cleaning the oven, it could damage some components that were on the verge of breaking. If this happens, first go to your circuit breaker, turn off the switch to your oven and flip it back on to see if it works. In most cases, it’s worth hiring a professional installer to place and connect your appliances. Appliances like a washer and dryer are heavy and bulky, so they can be dangerous and challenging to maneuver into your home, especially if you have to move up or down stairs.   • A 4—to 13 cu. ft. fridge, including top-freezer and bottom-freezer fridges, is best for one to two people.

  • 14—to 24-cu. ft. fridges, including bottom freezers, top freezers, French door fridges, and side-by-side fridges, are best for a family of three to four people.

  • For families with five or more people, look for a fridge of 25 cu. ft or more. This includes all fridge types.
