"They worked around our schedule as we were expecting a baby any day.  He made time to fit us in.  He came in and checked the carpet and asked us about what we thought the stains were.  One of the rooms had some dog poop (cleaned as well as we could) from our poor pup who had diarrhia.  the other stains wer your common dirt from shoes, etc.  He went over what he was going to do for each of the stains and probability of them coming out. 
He was completed in about an hour and all stains were gone.  He also said he sprayed the dog poop areas with
chemicals to kill any germs that still may be present.  We used the Angie's List coupon $60 of service for $29.  He charged an extra $30 for a total of $90 for service.  Only costing us $59.

I received 4 bids on this project and this bid was not the lowest nor was it the highest, but it was going to do the job the way I wanted it done. I was also very pleased and appreciative that he offered to put metal strips back down where the wood floor met the carpet in two doorways and did this without extra charge."

"Ron gave me a bid for cleaning the apartment. I thought the bid was high but decided that, if the job were done well and promptly, it would be worth the price. It was done promptly but not well. The kitchen floor had been mopped but was still dirty and gritty. Running my fingers across it accumulated lots of dirt. The range had been cleaned but the burner trays were stil dirty and greasy and the inside of the oven was not thoroughly cleaned. I had specifically requested that the fireplace and hearth be vacuumed. This was not done thoroughly and there was plainly visible ashes and debris on the hearth. Some of the woodwork throughout the apartment had been cleaned but there were still areas that had not been cleaned. When I called Ron and told him about my compaints he refused to do any more work."
