He pulled up carpet, pulled back boarding, etc. and spent over an hour to tell me that it would cost at least $250 per test (which would likely need to be done twice) to verify if it was the bad mold. Dan was about 2 hours late for the appointment because 2 of his horses got loose and had to caught them. His inspection was very complete.  I had do a mold report and a test for heat loss.  He found that there was no insulation above the unit.

They made a next appt. with me to do the smoke test in my sewer pipes.  I took off work to be there to make sure everything went okay and to make sure my 86 year old Mom and my pets were out of the house when the tests was to be run.  Apparently they ran out of smoke (not sure how that happened)...
