They were fantastic. They were on time and they were done in less time than they said. They went the extra mile and got the carpet cleaner than the last people did. I would recommend them. They were great. They originally thought I was going to get in on the $99 special but because of the shape of the family room and the actual number of square feet, it was a little it more. He gave us a break and only added $10 plus tax. I wasn't able to give them the exact square footage or I would have known there would be an additional charge.

They are good. He did a marvelous job. He put in a lot of time and effort to get it clean, like we wished it to be. We have no dislikes about him. They were on time, they were professional, and they did an excellent job.I don't remember what the price was, but we didn't think it was too much. We intend to use him again in the next couple of months.

Very responsive to my call. Arrived on time for estimate. Had them power wash second floor areas of house and deck. Very thorough job - very pleased. Discussed deck staining and was given good advice on what was needed. I purchased a product he was not familiar with so he researched it very thoroughly. Spent an entire day sanding - test stained - then applied product. Took longer then he originally planned , I'm sure - did not ask for additional money but I did pay him extra and he was very appreciative.His price was very reasonable to begin with. He says he also cleans rungs which I will probably call him to do at a later date. Meanwhile he gave me a bottle of a product (free) to use on pet stains.

II contacted Justin, the owner about 2 stains that had come back worse than ever after a previous carpet cleaner had cleaned for us. (We asked this first cleaner to return, and when he saw the stains, he refused to even try to remove them.)
Justin stated he believed he could successfully clean and carpet and came out as scheduled. He worked for a long time, taking care to extract all the moisture that was needed for the cleaning. The stains have not returned.
We were very impressed with Justin's commitment to excellence and his knowledge and skill. We will definitely use him again.
