"These folks are very professional. Chris knows the answers to every question we had. He gave an excellent and very thorough presentation of the Rain Soft water softening system. Meanwhile, Andrea was always on top of things with every email I sent. She or Chris responded almost immediately with answers to our questions. Installation was done professionally and they explained all we needed to know about operation and maintenance of the unit.
