The bill was higher than I anticipated because of an unexpected problem. I was extremely happy with their service and they will be my plumber of choice at the lake from now on. Additionally, I asked for a quote for some additional work. The owner came out, reviewed the work I wanted to do and then advised me that the cost/benefit of doing the project would be way out of line and advised me not to do the work. I agreed with his recommendation. I offered to pay for his time but he politely refused.

It went well. I am very grateful they were willing to work within our scheduling limits. I know they had to move some things around in order to accommodate us and we certainly do appreciate that! I had hoped we would be able to tackle the problem on the first time but it was more involved than we originally anticipated and specialized equipment had to brought out, that is why they were not able to complete it on the first trip. I am very happy with the way they took care of our issue and we are up and running again. From scheduling to completion both my husband and I are very happy with the results.

First time I had them was not good at all and then the second time I called them and a different technician came out and he was great. I would probably ask for the person that previously came up here. I would use the provider again in the future.

We only come about once per month in the winter, so timing was critical. We were able to get the first appointment on a Saturday. The tech arrived exactly on time, and he was super nice even though it was about 30 degrees in the garage where the hot water heater resides! In less than 45 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem (bad element) and replaced it. All while my family slept snug in their beds! And it blew my mind when he said that they would send me a bill. Back in KC, no company would trust you to pay - they'd demand payment immediately. But these guys get it. And when the bill arrived, it was dirt cheap! I'll use them and recommend them over and over. Great Experience!

I had used Four Seasons plumbing in the past to plumb a gutted bathroom yrs ago. I finally was able to get the bathroom finished. When the contractor went to install the trim he noted that I only had cold water to shower head and hot water to body sprays.I contacted Four Seasons plumbing as I had had a good experience with them in the past. My call was answered and I was told they could be out 2 days later which worked with my work schedule. I missed a call from the office asking if they could come out earlier so called the day of service and was told by office staff that I was not scheduled for that day but the next. I informed them that I was scheduled for that afternoon and about their message left on my voice mail to reschedule the time. She then told me they had already had another service call moved to the earlier time. They would try to get someone out to my home that afternoon. I again stressed that I was already previously scheduled for a service call that day. Kelly arrived at my home late that afternoon. After working on my shower valves he informed me that they would require parts I needed to order from Kohler under warranty. He left my home and I noted a large leak from my body sprays running hot water to the extent it was splashing on to my bathroom tile floor. I immediately notified the office and they stated they could not get him back over that day and would have him over first thing the next morning. I later had to shut off water to my home for the night due to the extreme leak. Not to mention the water was running on a as yet unsealed shower floor and was discoloring it. Kelly showed up the next morning with parts found at their shop and managed to stop the leak but still needed Kohler warranty parts to fix the valve. Kelly was pleasant and said to call when the parts arrived and they would complete the work. He returned was I received parts and I finally had hot and cold water to both sides. I installed the trim myself. I had to scrub the shower floor to remove the marks from the previous leak left running prior to sealing it. My contractor still thinks the valves malfunctioned due to being welded in place with the valve interiors not being removed. I later received a bill for $247.00 for 3 service calls. I contacted the office and talked with office staff and asked why I was charged for 3 service calls when the second was due to a leak caused by work by their worker. I told her I felt that it could have been corrected the first day as their office is probably only 2 miles from my home and parts where found at their shop to stop the running leak. I told her I had no problem with the first and third service call but felt the second was caused due to work by their shop.She stated she would talk with Kelly and the owner and get back with me. I received a voice mail from her and she stated that yes Kelly had said the water was running when he left and she had talked with Dave the owner and yes I did owe for all three service calls and please send payment asap. I feel the company has grown and no longer is as responsive to the customer as in previous years. I did not ask for the bill to be negated entirely but did feel they were responsible for the large water leak and the second service call. Otherwise I could have waited until the parts arrived and only had 2 service calls. I did give the new parts to Kelly to replace the parts used from their shop to stop the leak.Just saddened by Four Seasons plumbing attitude about this situation. I also sent a letter in with the bill when I paid it explaining my disappointment but received no response except a cashed check. SO very disappointed!

"During our scheduled visit to correct [member name removed] problem with only hot water coming out of her shower faucet, our plumber tried to make adjustments and repair her problem but told her that due to the length of time that her faucet sat unused, (we installed a Kohler faucet valve that she supplied, in December 2004), the cartridge in the valve was causing it to malfunction, allowing only hot or cold water to dispense from the faucet. She was very emotional and alarmed that a faucet she had purchased, but hadn't even had a chance to use yet, was bad. Our plumber explained that the particular manufacture, Kohler Faucets, warrantees their product to the original owner for life. All she needed to do was call Kohler and get the parts she needed, he also advised her what parts to ask for to correct her problem. As a plumbing company, we are not able to request repair parts from the different manufacturing companies for our customers, we would if we could, but the manufacturing company only take those requests from the customer themselves. We agreed that [member name removed] would call us back after she had made the call to Kohler and received the repair parts. I am not sure of the actual day, after our plumber was there for the 1st visit, that Brenda called us to let us know that her faucet was now leaking, but we scheduled her in for that afternoon. When our plumber got there, her shower faucet was indeed leaking, I believe a washer in the faucet valve was torn, again probably dried up from lack of use, but it boils down to the faucet she supplied was leaking. Unfortunately, we have learned that we can not warranty faucets we don’t supply. Unless they come from our supply houses, we don’t know what we will find. Again, the age of her faucet also was a factor. Our plumber installed a Kohler part that we just happened to have in shop, to stop the leak until the ordered parts arrive. It stopped the leak, but the parts on order were still necessary to repair her valve. She would call when they came in. Kelly, our plumber, has been a licensed plumber for more than 10 years, he has worked for our company for more than 4 years, and we have never received a complaint on his character of his ability to plumb. We consider him a true asset to our company. [member name removed] "contractor" is incorrect with his assessment as to how a shower valve should be installed, I truly believe that her valve malfunctioned due to being exposed to heat and air, and not being used for almost 10 years. We did charge for all of our visits to [member name removed] home as we worked on all three visits, we charged only for the time we spent there working. We do warranty all our parts and labor for one full year, and had any of the visits to [member name removed] house been a warranty call she wouldn’t have been charged. Never do we ask our customers to pay while we are on site, or request they send in payment “ASAP”. All of our billing is done in the office and our customers only receive a reminder copy or call if their payment is not received with in 30-45 days. We don't want any of our customers to be displeased with our services, and try to do our best to make sure all our customers are satisfied with our work. We hope and like to think that our knowledge and good customer service is the reason we have grown over the years. We take great pride in that and also our ability to service our customers and our community. We have won several awards for our customer service, even Angie’s List Super Service Award. Customer service is our number one goal, it was when we first opened our doors and it still is today."

Kelly arrived on time, took care of our long list of plumbing needs. We had leaks fixed, new toilets, bathroom sinks, new faucets, shut-offs, replaced two tub waste and overflows and other misc things replaced. It took almost 6 hours with no time wasted. We really appreciate the work being done well and in a timely manner. We did not ask for an estimate, but expected it would cost around what we were billed for. Kelly was great!
