"The people were respectful and nice, but some mistakes were made in the initial bidding, and some of the work early on caused more costly repairs to be needed. I had to have workers and sales representative come back out on a different day to complete the job. I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly. The solution recommended to us seems to he helping so far, but isn't very asthectucaly pleasing on the our front porch of our home. Also workers posted out a trip hazard on out sidewalk due to land settlement and I even mentioned it to our sales representative. Surprisingly he didn't offer fixing it or selling me options for fixing it. I found this very odd since it's one.of their companies biggest selling/marketing campaigns?"

I even threw another project at them as they were walking in the door. that was no problem they completed both projects I wanna say within two hours after leaving to go get parts. His crew was professional and very helpful with recommendations to make the end result the best. We used a different color to trim out the windows, doors and facia. It looks like siding now. We also required a cedar siding repair on the chimney area. David brought in a carpenter to perform the repair at a reasonable additional price. Additional small repairs were completed the pairing crew (e.g. Woodpecker holes) The completion of the project checked all the boxes which is hard to do at the Lake of the Ozarks.
