She told me a price for a service call and labor and when the job was complete it was three times higher then what she told me on the phone. She also did not make my appointment correctly. I told her I needed someone ASAP she put it in the system as an appointment to be gotten to anytime. So I basically wasted a whole Nother entire day without gas service because she had no idea what she was doing. After work was completed we did settle on a price but it was still more than I was told."

It did take some time to set up after the vents were cleaned and blown out, but the application of this polymer to close gaps in lthe galvinized steel ducts was remarkable."

"Had two HVAC systems in two story house, First cleaning of ductwork in 29 years. They started on the second floor, followed by the first and worked their way to the basement to finish. They did an overall good job, but left some dust bunnies even after final vacuum at end of the job. The work affected my sinuses after completion with the duct dust that was stirred up. Consider opening windows if possible to help minimize the dust that was stirred up, if anyone in house has allergies. For the price it was a good job."

"Had new hvac, furnace, and hwh installed. Furnace had a couple of air leaks between a coil and furnace which I fixed myself. Hvac was spot on. Hwh failed first inspection, but was corrected in same day. For the premium price paid, these issues should not happen. Quality 4.5 because of these issues, same goes for value. Customer service is very good. They are very professional, work looks very good, clean worksite afterwards. I would recommend, but don't think about negotiating price with them. Their labor is very high."
