We bought our furnace and air conditioning system from Click almost 15 years ago and they have been providing service since. They always does an outstanding job. They are consistently on time, conscientious, personable, and very reasonable in their pricing. And in the rare circumstance where it isn't perfect the first time, they are back immediately to take care of it until it is.

After one year of use the incorrect fan motor died and we called another (much better) company to come out they checked the unit and ask who did such a cocked up job on the air system.
I would never use or recommend this company to anyone unless I hated them.
I am actually unsure of the dated of the service called so the date is approximate.

Two days before the Labor Day weekend my mothers air conditioning went out. My mom is elderly and could not stay in the house. We contacted Click Heating and Cooling and they promised to come to look at it that afternoon. They arrived thirty minutes after our call and assessed the situation. Unfortunately we needed a whole new unit. We decided to also replace the furnace. They gave us a quote we felt was reasonable and agreed to put in the whole new system the day after the holiday. They arrived at the agreed time of 7 am and completed the total replacement by that evening. We were so grateful for their prompt response and concern for my mothers situation. It's always been very easy to set up appointments, they come quickly and kind of in and out the job was done well.

They were very responsive and excellent. They want to do whatever they can to help people and the priced competitively.

THE SERVICE MAN ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN THE PHONE REP SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICKLY PERFORMED THE SERVICE. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
