He said he could, that's he'd be open at 9:30 Wednesday -- he was and he did! He tore it down completely, replacing belts, cleaning everything, including a filter I frankly never saw before, and sent me out with an "all-up" machine. And as he promised, he did it while I waited to keep me from making two 96-mile round trips from Waterloo, IL. This is service in the best sense of the word! Thank you!"

 I was very pleased to see that they took the initiatives to do those "extra" little things that I would not have normally expected:
 I only expected vacuuming, dusting, general counter cleaning and general tidying.

Dusting ...they made sure they moved all items from surfaces and properly cleaned the surfaces before putting the items back.  The cleaned under these items and must have used a glass cleaner because those surfaces were proper. They not only dusted the ceiling fans, but they did a proper cleaning to remove all dirt on the blades.  They dusted the baseboards near the carpet, top of the door, blinds - everything.

My flat screen TVs ? screens clear!

Vacuuming ...carpets looked great.  I think they put a freshener on the carpet before vacuuming because my place smelled beautiful when I came home.
Kitchen and bathroom floors - No dirt/hairs/stains.  The floors are shiny.

Counters and sinks  - All stains, hard stains, debris - are gone.
Stove ? top degreased.
Bathrooms - everything clean!
Tidying ? Properly arranged my books and all items.
Trash bags ? changed.
Again, they did much more than I expected and were real professional on how they dealt with me, their work and their follow-up.
