"We tried to do a good job for this client, there was a big bathroom with a lot of blinds very dusty, a huge shower, high mirrors that were not cleaned regularly for the previous service, the employee we sent spent a lot of time deep cleaning the master bathroom, this client knows all the good work we did, since she stay sit in a chair looking at us while we were cleaning the bathroom, I personally cleaned the second time to confirm that the house was very dusty and need it a lot of work. We cleaned a third time but the situation was even worst when this person start yelling at my employees even to my assistant on the phone, it was an awful situation and we decided not to clean more for this client. We love our clients and we deserve respect."

We apologize if our job did not meet your expectations, but at the end of the cleaning the team leader said that she asked you to look around and you said everything was looking great. Unfortunately we did not received this complain to our office on time to take care of. We have a 24 hours guarantee and we try to correct any mistake as soon as possible with a commitment to improve our results on a future visit. The girls told me they did not take any of your supplies. We usually work with our supplies to avoid this and if we accidentally take or misplace any supply, we try to inform to the customer right away. We tried to reach you by cellphone to follow up the cleaning experience but we did not receive any answer. I am sorry If they did not wear shoe covers as they usually do but they told me the floor was slippery. Again, thank you so much for your feedback."
