When I suggested a different river rock than planned and an alternative supplier he had never worked with, Isaacs was very open to the suggestion and went to that source to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. "He killed my tree. I'm pretty upset by that. He also obviously didn't listen when going over what I wanted done and charged me extra for an area that was already supposed to be part of the estimate. I ended up doing 75% of that area myself. He's a really nice guy but I feel like he over extended himself with work and overlooked several things. We discussed him leaving a plant I wanted, he pulled it up as well. Not the worst job but certainly won't hire again. "
