"Eric called early Monday morning to let us know that his 9:00 appointment had just cancelled, and did we want to have the plate installed that day or instead of Wednesday?  Of course, we said yes! 
Eric and Josh showed up, and Eric carried in this (HEAVY) piece of steel and installed it within an hour.  Our fire that night was absolutely beautiful.  The colors against the black back wall are so much more vibrant, and we're going to take Eric's recommendation and paint the side walls with a flat black barbeque pit spray paint.  This will be SO COOL.
These two are such a great team.  Their friendliness, professionalism, punctuality, and all-around good work is such a pleasure to see.  Eric's quirky sense of humor adds to the charm, but he realized he had met his match.  It was a fun, fun morning.
