"I am not sure why they keep listing us as carpet cleaners as we have never offered this service thus we also can not or have ever offered upholstery cleaning ..we leave that up to the professionals."

"We were "told" via email that we should be able to clean this condo in one hour and "we would like the rooms, refrigerator, and blinds dusted before we move in". When we got there, we found out that the condo was in a horrible state and had been vacant for a year and a half. After one hour of working, the lead girl explained to the owner's wife that they were not even close to being finished and they were willing to work for one more hour but then had to leave to get to the other scheduled customers that morning. The girls arrived at 8 as promised and did indeed leave at 9:58. That is 2 minutes short of 2 hours. The wife paid them for 1.5 hours (team of 4) Typically, I DO bill all customers for their first time cleans so that they are not put on the spot to do math and especially when they are already extremely anxious about being behind, but the wife insisted to pay then and there. I immediately emailed the customer when I learned of the mistake explaining what happened. I was told that the cleaners missed some things (not on the list and not asked to do) and he would only pay what he owed if I sent someone to complete those tasks and not add anything additional (that's 2 hours worth of cleaning that he was refusing to pay). I explained that they would come back and finish cleaning his condo, do the additional items, but will be billed at the hourly rate initially discussed. I even sent him the pictures of how bad the condo was and tried to explain that the blinds had so much dirt that "dusting" was not working. The blinds were dusted three separate times and needed to be hand wiped..individually as the image shows. I heard nothing back until I sent his remaining invoice. We take great pride in working with our customers while trying to do an outstanding job. We also try to be punctual to our homes so a customer is not waiting on us. I had no problem with continuing a relationship with the customer and in no [Member Information Removed] was I dismissive, but we do expect to be paid fairly for our time."
