"I was impressed with the responsiveness after I contacted them via email. I sent an email later Sunday night and got a phone call at around 7 the next morning. We set up a time and the technician arrived within the window stated on Thursday. They couldn't get the job done that day. After working on it a while, they had to go to the hardware store for something. They came back and worked on it some more. It was 8:45pm by this time when they said they would have to get another garbage disposal and install that. We made arrangements for them to come a third time tomorrow night. This has been way too complicated and it is taking way too long. I don't want to hire them again."
