It sat close to the wall with two inches available to insert your arm and reach in to install / tighten the bolt. I have no idea how the technician contorted his arm to install the bolts. The two technicians were very polite and professional. The communicated their arrival time and explained what they needed to achieve the impossible task. I would strongly recommend them and will be requesting their service in the future."

"I was impressed with the responsiveness after I contacted them via email. I sent an email later Sunday night and got a phone call at around 7 the next morning. We set up a time and the technician arrived within the window stated on Thursday. They couldn't get the job done that day. The technician lived close to me so we arranged for me to be the last appointment the following Thursday. I rearranged my schedule on that day to accommodate the later arrival. I get a call from the technician at 9:15am and they said they would be at my place later in the morning. I had to remind them of the arrangement made last week which was totally their idea. I heard nothing until 5pm when they called stating they would be at my place in 20 minutes. They showed up an hour later. at 6pm. They called 20 minutes prior to apprise me they were in traffic in Manchester (surprise surprise). The dryer got fixed pretty quickly. The garbage disposal was another deal. After working on it a while, they had to go to the hardware store for something. They came back and worked on it some more. It was 8:45pm by this time when they said they would have to get another garbage disposal and install that. We made arrangements for them to come a third time tomorrow night. This has been way too complicated and it is taking way too long. I don't want to hire them again."
