"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. "These folks were very professional, but my expectation was different than the actual item delivered.  I anticipated they would want to see photos, know dimensions, really "get" my room so they could help me with a design.  I expected something that would reflect my room and help me visualize a design plan.  You know a sketch that took in my window placement and size, doorways, t he fireplace, etc.  They linked me to an online tool that asked several questions about my design style,  I thought it was a great start, but it was actually THE input session.  I did send along some photos as well.  While I hope they were considered in the response I received, it wasn't really evident.  What came back felt more like a moderately canned response built using a visual library of options on their side.   I only completed two of the three rooms I was going to do, as the result wasn't quite what I was looking for.  We'd have been more successful if the description was more detailed about the actual deliverable.  Nice folks and thorough in their follow-up.
