Work had been performed by an area roofer. Unfortunately, when John got into the tear-off, he noticed some errors. The previous work had to be completely torn out. John fixed the problem and I was quite happy with the outcome. The damaged plywood was totally replaced. New fascia was then put in place. To finish the job, Yarbro painted the plywood, sky blue. I am thrilled with the completion of my carport. I know that it has been finished, with a high level of perfectionism and craftsmanship. I recommend Yarbro for any outdoor job you may have. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not.
