Key-Con came out in an afternoon and had all the column footers poured as well as the walkway forms in place. The next day our stamped walkway was placed & finished. He was back out once (probably multiple times) after the work was complete to ensure it was not only up to our expectations but his as well. On top of all that Tanner & crew worked exceptionally well with & around the other subcontractors (Landscape & Decking) that were performing work on the same days. "After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem.  He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now.  The team cleaned the job site and were very polite.
