"They did an okay job. Their responsiveness was fine. The workers were fine. They did not come prepared with drywall and that was one thing they said they would have on hand. He was about half an hour late. He left about half an hour early. The deal was for 5 hours so I expected the whole 5 hours. He had to run to the hardware store to buy supplies he didn't have. He didn't buy what he said he was going to buy. He didn't call to confirm what he needed. He ended up using what I had available which wasn't the right type of drywall. He was cutting a screen on my floor and I told him not to do that because it could scratch."
