They responded within a day or two, measured, gave us our options which were numerous, and about 8 weeks later (supply chain, everything takes longer than you want) they installed the window, it's perfect. And he took the time to help explain things I didn’t understand, using layman’s terms, which was very helpful! He came in person to my house to give the original bid, and followed up in person when the work was complete. He has been doing this work for years and you can tell this just by speaking to him for a few minutes. His knowledge of his work is great. His staff are amazing - friendly, CLEAN, and overall work is outstanding. I love my new kitchen and would highly recommend Big John’s Remodeling."

"Unfortunately to write a review I have to grant a star but just know that this company doesn't even deserve one star. To have an owner yelling at you and telling you in so many words that you are stupid is unacceptable, I don't speak window language and "clear annealed" does not spell glass Justin. You should change how you write out your paperwork. Its also unacceptable to cancel an appointment with a lousy text message at 6:43 am without a phone call. Communication from this company is terrible. Only until they realized that I wasn't going to go away quietly did they pick up the phone. Its funny how people know how to dial a phone when they need payment. I was accused of having parts that were never in my possession, however a week prior they told us that they were going to put back them back into inventory. They also claim that they didn't take my original hardware, however my windows are missing the balancers that they so rudely claim were never taken. Multiple times during this horrendous transaction I asked to have my original hardware returned. I was told each time that they would have to track it down and they would bring it on install day. Not once did they tell me they didn't have my original hardware. Only to find out that in the end of a weeks debate, their story changed to "we take detailed notes on clipboards and take pictures so we never have to take hardware"... You might want to take better notes next time Cathy because my hardware was taken and you're changing your story to appease your son Justin, whom I frustrated in a phone conversation. Talk about vindictive. To clear the record, because no one at your company will admit it, Floyd glass pulled the wool over our eyes and you are trying to play the victim. I don't like to be called a liar. Each time I got a call from this company, their story changed. Please save yourself time, money and your sanity and chose another company to do business with."
