I had a wonderful experience doing business with them! They were prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly. I had never had to do anything like this and they made the experience so non stressful and easy. I really can't say enough how great of an experience.

Doug was professional and reasonable rates. When asked when I could get the appraisal he gave me a date and delivered on time. I appreciate his professional attitude and his ability to get it done quickly.

This appraiser was selected by an appraisal management company that the lender reached out to. They were not selected by myself nor my lender. First off, she spent very little time in the home and asked very little questions. The report came back to us 8 days later. The comps that were used were from sales 11, 10 and 7 months back, these homes were sold during the winter. Many homes were sold more recently during the summer that would have been a better comp but were not used. Also, the comps were a complete mismatch to our home, smaller in size and major features were missing and no adjustments were made. We received two market analysis from two different real estate agents. We used this information to appeal and requested that better comps be used. We received another report 7 days later and the same comps were used. This report was poorly done without attention to detail. This report is completely useless and wasted our time and money. Do not use this company.

They called, agreed to do the job and I never heard back from them for approximately 2 weeks.

Doug replied quickly to the online request and scheduled date was met. Upon looking over the appraisal he missed some important items and scored the house average when it had some updates and custom features. The appraisal came it at exactly list price per the MLS which we believed to be too high. Conversation compared a few comps for other properties and unfortunately we do not feel the $300.00 appraisal bought us much more information than we had.

The appraiser was very pleasant, complete and on time. She provided a very complete appraisal which the county real estate tax assessor accepted and valued our property at her appraisal.

Read every bit of the appraisal & prior to having the appraisal done (& I also had a Fair Market Value assessment completed to determine appropriate/competitive rental value -- that cost an additional $50)
