On the recommendation of a friend, we worked with Karleen Hoerr and had a good experience from start to finish. Karleen is deeply knowledgeable about St. Louis real estate, especially the central corridor. She has a delightful personality: gracious, patient, witty and wise. We always felt well advised, never pushed or harried. Karleen made herself available within reasonable bounds, and in the few instances when she was out of town, our business was handled just as competently by her partner Susie Feinberg. Feinberg is a small agency with an and quot;all handsand quot; work ethic in which everyone pitches in according to their strengths, and it was nice to feel their commitment backing up Karleen's individual efforts. For instance, their photographer is excellent and created a nifty 360-degree slide show of our condo that showed it off to best effect. Our house purchase took place without a single glitch; we got everything we wanted from the inspection and negotiated a price we were happy with. Karleen is an excellent negotiator and provides a clear and rational commentary on what is going on, what to expect, what to ask for, etc. She has been in the business a long time and knows all the written and unwritten rules. We got an offer on our condo three days after the first showing, probably prompted by Karleen's follow-up phone call. We have come out of this with a real fondness for her, and would not hesitate to recommend her, or Feinberg, to anyone looking to buy or sell in St. Louis.

I would highly recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home. I'm sure he is equally good at selling one - but I don't have experience with this. He is an extremely personable and honest agent, and I am grateful for how the entire process went.
