"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "I had received and initial bid from Lockwood Decorating almost 8-10 months prior to the start of my job. When I was finally ready for them to start, they kept the same pricing from almost a year ago which allowed me to expand my work to include the whole interior. They Painted each day with anywhere between 2-4 painters. They arrived promptly at 7:30am and worked until usually 3:30pm buy sometimes later. They were great about cleaning up each day. If I was unhappy with something or wanted something redone, they did it with no problem. Their attitudes were great, pleasant, fun, respectful and all that rolled in a complete air of professionalism. Rob came out several times to oversee the job, but it was never necessary. Nick, Greg, Jake & Christian are awesome guys (and Rob) that are very proud of their work product and it shows. I would gladly hire them again!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
