"Eric showed us where the bricks to the firewall were literally coming out! We could have had an avalanche of bricks!! He gave us two options: one was to rebuild the back fire wall with brick, or install a one-inch steel plate. The latter was the least expensive, so we contracted with him to replace the plate on 11/26/2014.
Our neighbor's chimney did not require any cleaning, and he charged her ZERO dollars. THAT is amazing.

"I bought a chimney sweep big deal and it went well. It cost more than the price of the big deal due to the repairs they made. The guys that did it were just a little bit weird. They were kind of socially awkward. They had some difficulties communicating.

"Dave and company did a very thorough job cleaning our chimney which had a dead squirrel and bird :( The chimney hadn't been used in 25 years, but still had accumulated a lot of debris and dirt. The guys also installed a wire cap on the chimney top. We hope this will deter squirrels from trying to nest there. The guys did a good job of cleaning up, too."
