They answered any questions, explained care and cleaning , and when they left you would neverhave known they were there! The bathroom was immaculate. A supervisor from Jacuzzi visited each day which told me the company insures and takes pride in the quality of their product/work. Customers service even followed up at the end of the job. "The guys that came in were quite experienced in shower and tub installations. They were extremely friendly. They installed my shower in 2 days before I left for vacation. After the installation my shower head started dripping I called the sales manager and he came out immediately and replaced the valve. It is working great now. I would highly recommend them."

"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

He and his partner were very respectful of me and my property, wearing Covid masks and coverings for their shoes. Clean-up was immaculate. They were professional in every way.
