Overall great experience with Dave Strugari the technician. Also found Arrow Mechanical was about the only one that was available for a prompt emergency call that could service in less than 24hr period on the weekend.

I was having some serious issues with my HVAC system and attempted a couple of DIY solutions. When it comes to serious wiring and hookups of electrical components, I tend to call in the professionals. Arrow Mechanical was fast and convenient and did a very thorough job. They even helped with some of the more advanced electrical work inside my HVAC system to get everything up and running perfectly again! I feel very confident that everything is working properly today! Would absolutely recommend Arrow Mechanical again!

I had a very good experience with them. The came late into the evening to help fix my sink after I attempted to do it myself.

David came out promptly for bid and again to do work. Replaced shower valve and fixtures. Plumbing isn't cheap, but I thought the bid was fair, and I was given a 5% senior discount. He and his partner were very respectful of me and my property, wearing Covid masks and coverings for their shoes. Clean-up was immaculate. They were professional in every way. I would definitely use Arrow Mechanical again and recommend to others.

My fridge is a hunk of crap that is difficult to work on. They came out the same day I made the request on HA and started working on it. It took two days because of things beyond their control but they still only charged me the original quoted price and came back and got it working great. Will use them in the future.

Sam and David are young inept, unscrupulous, dangerous and have no concern for safety of customers. Sam took 10 hours to install an electric water heater that did not produce hot water from the start. Sam came back twice and still no hot water after he recommended a water softener. Third time Sam and David came. They preceded to only wire the upper element very badly and told me I would only get one bath and would have to wait two hours for tank to heat up again! Ridiculous and I told him so but David said it is his Rheem 40 gallon works. Not true. At this point still no hot water, I was forced to call an electrician who found the upper element was wired only and poorly done. Which he rewired and installed a 10 gauge and 30 amp circuit breaker which resulted in hot water. Electrician stated a 10 gauge and 30 amp and said it is something experienced service men would have known and told to customers and repaired. Sam and David showed their inexperience, incapability and lack of concern when they never mentioned I needed a heavier gauge and amp and had the unmitigated gall to tell me it will take two hours after one shower for a 40 gallon Rheem water tank to produce hot water!!! These guys are worthless, their prices too high and they showed no experience or knowledge of what they were doing. I would not recommend them to my worst enemies. I say beware of Arrow Mechanical!
