"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

He gave me some tips on spot cleaning because I am moving in with two cats. A very knowledgeable man with a pleasant personality. I felt he was reasonable with the price also. "I have windows professionally cleaned annually, so, I know what to expect. First off, the cleaning job was good. The windows were, as expected, clear, clean, & spotless. I have no complaints about the look of the windows after the job was completed. However, the professionalism needs some improvement. Dave's attire was really quite sloppy and he wanted to discuss politics. He tried to engage me in this sort of conversation a few times, but, I tried to keep the discussion to a minimum. I find this topic very divisive and personal. Another issue was the dirt and dust that he cleaned from the window seals ended up on my floors and/or furniture next to the windows. I think he used my bathroom sink to discard or rinse something, but, didn't wipe the sink afterwards so it was dirty/gritty. Lastly, the window screen above my kitchen sink was not secured properly after it was cleaned, so it's hanging out a bit, and I'm going to have to wrestle with a ladder to fix it."
