We’re so glad our neighbors referred us to Home Cleaners of America. We had struggled with other cleaning companies until we found them. The quality of cleaning is consistently excellent. They are respectful, efficient, are always on time and always leave our house wonderfully clean! Even when the team is switched the quality remains good. The office staff is very responsive and really cares about the customer experience. They take extra steps to ensure their teams are qualified, experienced and supported, which seems to create hard working motivated teams.

I had short notice that some family were coming to visit. I reached out to these guys via their web site and Dennis called me shortly afterwards. He was able to do a walk through on a Saturday morning and the cleaning crew showed up the following Thursday (two days before family arrived.) The crew chief called ahead to let me know specifically when they would be there. They did a fantastic job! They cleaned areas (like the top of the refrigerator) that other cleaners had missed at previous residences. The bathroom mirrors look great, the glass patio doors look good, too. And the bathroom, oh the bathroom. It was definitely the worst room in my abode and it's soooo much better now. They did such a great job everywhere that I feel guilty sullying it in any way. They honored the $15 off as a new customer/Angie's List member. I highly recommend this provider. I will use them again.

I am completely satisfied with the work Home Cleaning Centers of America does for me. I am so grateful for their hard work. My house is clean. They take care that my dog doesn't run out the door when they arrive and they communicate clearly. If I will have a different crew than my regular one, they let me know. If they will be early, they let me know. If I need to make a schedule change, they work with me. We have used them for 10 years, which I find amazing to think about, I hadn't kept a cleaning service for more than a year before I found this service!

They generally do a good job. the house looks nice when they are done. One difficulty is that you don't always get the same people, so that you have to explain what you want over each time when there are new people. The quality of the job also depends on the crew leader you get, I had a crew leader I loved. She and her crew did an Excellent! (better than just good) job. After her crew was done she would inspect each room to check the quality of the room and ask me if I were satisfied. Unfortunately she left the company. The company is accommodating to my schedule request to be the last in the day. I have a lot of stuff to get out of the way so they can clean. When they have called to say they are coming earlier, and I reply that I need to be last and explain why (again) they have changed their scheduled day to put be back on my normal time. I would recommend them.

At first they were an absolute A plus and then they changed crews that they send out. The other crew has not been nearly skilled or don't seem to know what to do. I have to intervene. I don't really have any experience with anyone else it seems fairly expensive and yet they work hard and do generally a real good job. Its just that the new crew doesn't seem to do as well as the other crew. At first it was an A plus. It's still good. Anything you want they will work with you.They could have the second crew a little bit better trained.They're willing to listen and when i complained about something before why then we discuss it. It works out. They are responsive.

This company is doing cleaning my home 1x per month and doing a great job. The price is a bit higher than other companies I got estimates from, but the quality of the clean is superior too. I have two dogs and they are very good about vacuuming up the dog hair from around their crates and beds. Every once in awhile I notice something that they missed, but it is always minor. I leave a note for the next month and they take care of it no problem. Highly recommend!

I got caught at the last minute needing to have a rental home cleaned for return of a family member. I looked on Angies List and the BBB trying to find a reputable company that could complete the work for me. I was very lucky to find Home Cleaning Centers of America. I called and inquired about having the home cleaned the next day... I didnt have much hope. The pleasant lady seemed understanding to my predicament and said she would move their schedule around a bit to accommodate my needs! WOW - such nice customer service in this day and age!! Especially for a first time customer! They agreed to meet me the next day between 8:30 and 9am. They showed up at 8:50, right in the window agreed to. A crew of 4 cleaners came inside with all their supplies and I showed them around, explaining what I needed. They got to work before I could grab my purse and head to work. They did a nice job and staff called the following day to confirm that everything went well and to verify the charges they were going to submit on my credit card. Wow again - nice follow up, no surprises on fees etc. I would highly recommend. :)

When they first started out they were tremendous and we had no complaints. However, around July 2013 things started to go downhill when the team leader Crystal left. It seemed as if they began taking short cuts and rushing through the house. For example, they would push all items on a counter to one side, wipe the surface and then leave everything to the side without cleaning under the items shoved to the side. They would also leave the blinds askew which made it feel as if they were in too much of a rush to actually clean. There were times they didn't even vacuum the carpet in the family room, the stairs and only part of the master bedroom, dust the blinds or clean the top of the refridgerator. They would leave cleanser in the toliets and not clean it or even flush. One time they wiped the center of the kitchen island and it was obvious they only wiped that part and didn't bother to clean the entire surface. It got to be too much to have to come home and clean after they left. We discussed our issues with Norma on several occasions and she attempted to resolve the matter which resulted in a good clean on the next visit, but then the problems would crop up again. After speaking with her on 4 occasions, over the past few months, we decided to end our relationship with Home Cleaning Centers of America.

I've used them for several years. They are very thorough, timely, and easy to work with. I have always been pleased with them. They are flexible and they do a really good job for me. I can't complain. You get what you pay for with them. The responsiveness and professionalism is great. I will continue to use them in the future.

HOME CLEANING CENTERS SENDS IN A CLEANING CREW TO CLEAN MY HOUSE EVERY OTHER WEEK. THIS IS THE HOME THEY HAVE CLEANED FOR ME. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, AND CUSTOMER DRIVEN. THEY EVEN PICK UP MY CHILD'S ROOM WHEN SHE DOESN'T! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, DENNIS WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT IT. HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO CORRECT AND ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN COMING HOME AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK TO A CLEAN HOUSE!
