"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "I have windows professionally cleaned annually, so, I know what to expect. First off, the cleaning job was good. The windows were, as expected, clear, clean, & spotless. I have no complaints about the look of the windows after the job was completed. However, the professionalism needs some improvement. Dave's attire was really quite sloppy and he wanted to discuss politics. He tried to engage me in this sort of conversation a few times, but, I tried to keep the discussion to a minimum. I find this topic very divisive and personal. Another issue was the dirt and dust that he cleaned from the window seals ended up on my floors and/or furniture next to the windows. I think he used my bathroom sink to discard or rinse something, but, didn't wipe the sink afterwards so it was dirty/gritty. Lastly, the window screen above my kitchen sink was not secured properly after it was cleaned, so it's hanging out a bit, and I'm going to have to wrestle with a ladder to fix it."
