The work was great! Everything she cleaned was the best! If you need cleaning this company is a great one to use.
"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."
"I hadn't had the area rug cleaned in years. It needed cleaning real bad. I had Certified Floor Care by Andy clean the area rug. The carpet looks brand new. Excellent cleaning job. Andy also recommended the right type of pad for the carpet. He even went out of the way to pick the pad up for me. I highly recommend this company."
"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

He gave me some tips on spot cleaning because I am moving in with two cats. A very knowledgeable man with a pleasant personality. I felt he was reasonable with the price also. "Sol and his associate arrived right on time and put shoe covers on to enter our home. Our carpets were really dirty and had some pretty bad stains. The got all the stains out and left the carpet looking brand new. They took so much time to make sure they got every corner, they moved furniture and put guards under every piece after they were done. Our stairs that they cleaned looked brand new. They were professional, courteous and did the best job I have ever had done in all the years I have had carpets cleaned. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.
