"I needed holes dug for fence posts. Lucas came by in the morning and gave me a quote, then came back later in the day to complete the job. He was professional and fair for the quote and kept communicating about the job when necessary. He finished in a timely manner, walked me around the work site and discussed any issues he encountered. He was innovative in his solutions to problems. I will hire him again when I need help."

"We have worked with them 3 or 4 times now, they are really good guys, very honest and hardworking. Very reasonably priced for great quality. They absolutely did not try to take advantage, he really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with what he was charging for what he was doing. Andy is really nice to talk to and his crew is polite and kind. They were neat and clean, and they looked and acted very professional as well."

Driveway Sealcoating questions, answered by experts

Commercial lots should be sealed every 2-3 years to prevent cracks and weather damage.

If your asphalt driveway shows cracks, potholes, or standing water, it’s likely time for a repair. Cracks, big or small, let water seep in, weakening the base and causing further damage. Potholes are a sign of this weakening process in action while standing water suggests your driveway has poor drainage, which can cause even more issues. You may also see warping or buckling—a sign of a compromised base layer—or sinking pavement. Spotting these signs early on can help you save yourself a bigger repair bill in the future.

You don't technically need to seal your driveway after pressure washing, but doing so will help keep your driveway clean for longer. The best driveway sealer depends on the type of driveway you have. To seal asphalt, consider an asphalt emulsion sealer, fast-drying sealer, or latex acrylic sealer. Concrete driveways commonly use acrylic sealers or penetrating sealers.

Apply either one or two coats, depending on the manufacturer’s instructions.

Chip seal roads and driveways are slightly more expensive than gravel, but significantly more affordable than traditional asphalt. Chip seal works wonders when used as a top coat. Its lighter color is less heat-absorbant than black asphalt. It also renews your aging, deteriorating asphalt without having to spend on major repairs or redoing the entire driveway.
