Payment policy: We require a 50% deposit and the balance at the completion of job. We are licensed-Bonded-Insured-work comp. We are a State Certified Contractor in the State of Kansas.

Very professional, ethical, and gives proper explanations to the work needing to be done. I called John 11 years ago for an estimate but I unfortunately chose a local company that was cheap. Boy did I pay for it. My roof leaked and they wouldn't back their own warranty. 11 years later I called John again and he did exceptional work. Masonry screws are the best option to be used on stucco. They’re thicker and made to penetrate harder surfaces like concrete and cinder blocks. Fluted masonry screws work the best because they create a stronger grasp thanks to the lines on their shafts. If you’re working on exterior stucco, use galvanized screws to prevent corrosion.
