Payment policy: We require a 50% deposit and the balance at the completion of job. We are licensed-Bonded-Insured-work comp. We are a State Certified Contractor in the State of Kansas.

Very professional, ethical, and gives proper explanations to the work needing to be done. I called John 11 years ago for an estimate but I unfortunately chose a local company that was cheap. Boy did I pay for it. My roof leaked and they wouldn't back their own warranty. 11 years later I called John again and he did exceptional work. His skills are way above the average roofers in our area! Cotten roofing went above and beyond on the work performed on my house! I don't foresee needing a new roof for many many years.
