He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "My roofers dropped a harness through the ridge of 1.7 million dollar house resulting in an impact mark on the heavily textured ceiling. It would have cost me 20k to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling including scaffolding. Greg with Local Handyman came in and was totally professional, when he was done you could not even see there was ever damage there. He saved me over 19 plus k.
