He discovered the toilet was not level due to the rotten sub floor. When he removed the rotten sub floor, he discover the copper pipe the toilet was hooked into was bad. He replaced the sub floor under the toilet and this major pipe. LJ took the time to show me the bad pipe and floor before he replaced them explaining how much of the pipe he was removing, and how he was going to place the sub floor into the floor joist. LJ made me feel very comfortable through this whole process. He did it all in 1 appointment. I would recommend KC Metro Plumbing to all my family and friends."

Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set.
