His work speaks for itself as this project required tedious cuts and lots of time. I am so thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Scott. Bruno came out within several days to give me a quote on my kitchen backsplash. Not only was he very "charming" and gregarious but very reasonable in price. I could see from his pictures that his work looked very professional and I could tell he took pride in his work. Scheduling was very convenient. Bruno must be a good teacher because Leonardo came out to do the tile work. Not only too was he courteous but also a perfectionist. The tile installation looks absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend NB services. No doubt! Also the secretary/coordinator was so courteous. She went above and beyond to organize the installation."

They went above and beyond to make sure the plan for a transition was in place even though they were not responsible for installing it. They also too the time to match the pattern of the tile up onto part of the wall so it flowed visually. Small details were noticed. I plan to use them any time my house needs work and go through them for all of my future jobs. Highly recommend. They even met my new twins!! They really cared about me and the work they did.
