He contacted me immediately when I requested a quote, gave me a very reasonable price, and power-washed both the shed in my back yard and the whole (1600 sq ft) house. They both look very clean and nice now. He even power-washed some concrete for me for free! He was very professional and polite, responsive when I needed to contact him, and notified me in advance when his plans changed and he was able to come earlier in the day than originally requested. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate for some additional concrete work I wanted to get done after he finished power washing the house. I would definitely recommend Complete Power Washing St. Louis again and plan to use them in the future for their power washing and concrete sealing services."

"The owner was very prompt in scheduling the service.  In fact, for one service, he called to offer an earlier appointment.  For both service dates,  he and his workers arrived on the date promised and on time.  They stayed very late that evening, until all the agreed-upon work was completed.  His employees were very hard workers and polite and personable.
Next time I use this contractor, I will be very clear about my expectations, and discuss details in advance such as removing fixtures, mirrors, window covering hardware, taping of ceilings, etc.
