"It was okay. I didn't see the people. They came, did their work and left. I wanted aerating and over-seeding. I don't know if they had gotten a big response for their advertised price but I felt they came out kind of late and they didn't leave much time for grass to grow in the fall. They were good. There wasn't any additional cost. The price was really good that's why I scheduled the service with them."

"I work nights--the service was performed while I was sleeping.  The service providers did not follow up with a phone call or email and since my gutters are set up high I really had no idea if they were cleaned or not.  Since I can only assume the work was completed I grade this serve 'B' overall.

"The owner was very prompt in scheduling the service.  In fact, for one service, he called to offer an earlier appointment.  For both service dates,  he and his workers arrived on the date promised and on time.  They stayed very late that evening, until all the agreed-upon work was completed.  His employees were very hard workers and polite and personable.
Next time I use this contractor, I will be very clear about my expectations, and discuss details in advance such as removing fixtures, mirrors, window covering hardware, taping of ceilings, etc.
