It was fine. We called them for several month probably because of weather. There were no additional charges. It was a good outcome.

The service was excellent.. He left the area better than when he arrived. I was very happy with the quality of his work that I purchased.  I asked him to do additional work. I would tell a friend that they do a good job.

Excellent service. Windows looked like new.

Larry was extremely responsive!  We had a tight turn-around timeframe as we were listing our house on the market in a few days and needed the windows deep cleaned.  I called on a Friday and he squeezed us in the next day-Saturday!  Other companies stated they had several week waiting lists and We have lived at our house for 10 years and except for a few wipes with Windex, the windows had not been deep cleaned.  Larry and his assistant did an AMAZING job!  The windows look brand-new!  My husband was doubtful at first that it was worth the money- but he was astounded on how good they looked afterwards.  Thank you so much to Larry!  The realtor was thrilled with the results as were we.

Went great, the 2 guys did great work and were very courteous.   They gave me a great rate on the windows outside of the deal.   Will have them back next spring!!!!

Wonderful service.  Larry and Lorenzo did a fantastic job.  They were punctual, professional and thorough.  They even used a whisk broom to sweep the little bit of mulch on the sidewalk due to the ladders back into the landscape beds.

The worked was done in a timely and professional manner. The workers were careful to keep their workspace clean and to not get water on the floors or furniture.   Our windows look extremely clean.  We will call them again next year when it is time to clean the windows again.

Where has this company been all my life?! I may never wash another window as long as this company is in business.

The people there were all very pleasant and set up the appointment.  it took three contacts for the man who was doing the work to come look at the job.  I have an usual set of windows and wanted to be sure we were on the same page of what could be done for the price.  He finally came, was quite friendly and helpful. we discussed the garden bed by the front arched window. I told him that if he  stepped on a leaf or two not too worry; I did not want him to hurt himself trying to tiptoe around everything- he assured me he was always careful and would use caution.
I returned to find the windows adequately cleaned - not perfect, but well done.  Then I discovered that one of the shrubs in front of the window had been crushed.  He had stepped squarely in the very center of the trunk splitting it in 4 places.  It is still withering, but had lost its shape and will need to be replaced.
Accidents happen and I was not completely put out.  I contacted the company to inform them about this matter over two months ago - crickets.  Not a word back from them.  I was surprised and disappointed that they never responded because they seemed very professional and had great reviews.  All our communication was through Angie's list so it is well documented. 

The service was not great, we had to have someone else come out a month later to redo the work as it was poorly done.  We also had some trouble scheduling the appointment as well; it took several messages back and forth to get in contact with them.  There were some additional charges that did not seem warranted especially given the poor quality of the work.

They did an excellent job. We had some scheduling hiccups, but they were very responsive and communicative. The men who did the work were very courteous and professional. They helped me remove some stubborn window screens. They worked very quickly - I would say it took about an hour.

It went great.  They arrived on time and were extremely professional.  I couldn't be happier.

It went well from beginning to end.  Firm needed to re-schedule very early, but it was not a problem.  Obviously, their work is in strong demand.

We called several companies to get a ballpark price to clean our windows and storm windows inside and out.  I had completed a few myself and was determined to do them all but my husband  insisted I get estimates as my time could be spent on other things. Larry was the only one who wanted to see the house in order to give an estimate and he was willing to come immediately even though it was late on a Sunday. We needed to have an appointment within the week or next and Larry was able to arrange his schedule to accommodate us. Larry and his crew of one did a splendid job in a much quicker time than I could have and each one sparkled. My husband was home for this job as I was not available. We were both completely happy with the results and Larry's pleasant personality and energy. We highly recommend Bird's Eye View and will definitely use it again, so that I can spend my time doing other things, like enjoy a glass of wine or afternoon with my granddaughter. Well worth the money.
