"I contacted Aetna about providing me with an estimate for stamped concrete. I left a message and Eric called me back the same day. We scheduled an appointment for him to meet with me the following week.  He was polite and professional and even showed up about 15 minutes early. He introduced himself and handed me a business card.  He mailed me an estimate about a week later.  It was about $1000 higher than other estimates that I had received. I decided to go with this company even though the estimate was higher because of their good rating on Angies List.  I called Eric about 2 weeks ago and left a message wanting to get on the schedule an also I had a few questions.  I never heard back from him.  I called again a few days ago and still I have yet to hear back from him.  Of course immediately after I posted my review Eric decides to give me a call.  He apologizes for not calling but offers no reason why.   I was intially impressed from our first encounter but now im unsure of the quality of service they provide. I have since had the work done by another local concrete company that offered a much cheaper ($1,500) estimate and returns calls much more promptly.
