Superior Plumbing & Gas?

Horrible, I would describe this company as scam artist. Overcharging unsuspecting customers. If you are working with them you are most certainly overpaying. I would not use them based purely on principal. $320 to snake a sink drain and tighten the faucet is absurd. Buyer Beware!!!

Excellent. The repairman knew what to do and cleaned up when he was done.

Well. The technician even too some time to bring in some heavy packages that had been delivered to the front door and were too heavy for us to carry.

I called Superior Gas and Plumbing because the pilot light went out on my gas fireplace. After troubleshooting the issue, I couldn’t get it to re-ignite. I called Superior and they worked me in that very day! The technician, Lee, came that evening and he was VERY knowledgeable. He did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the fireplace and fixed the issue. WAH-LAH! Works like a charm. He did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be using this company again!

The guy was very polite, worked throughout his time here steady and left after dark. All items work fine and I’m satisfied.

I would recommend Caleb and his team to anyone. They did a great job. The level of communication was great. They were punctual. They clearly did a quality job. There were a few unforeseen things they ran into, but they didn't use that as a reason to charge more. I'm very happy with their service.

Superior guy was very professional , only 10 mins found out the problem and replace the TRD, fixed it immediately . Great job!

After receiving several quotes we decided to hire Caleb at Superior plumbing and gas.  Caleb was professional and completed the work as promised. They turned a nightmare job into something we could live with.  The original installation was found to be less than desirable along with some settling under the home contributed to the problem.  I watched the entire installation job and was pleased with the steps they were taking to make sure the slope was correct and rock bed sufficiently supported the pipe.

Thanks for the hard work!  I'll be a repeat customer when I need something else.

I called and left a message after hours on Thursday, Caleb returned my call first thing on Friday, and scheduled the appointment for Friday afternoon.  They came out, fixed the issues and it was the price they quoted me over the phone with no surprises.  Very friendly and professional vendor to deal with.  I will be using them again.

I had called around to different plumbing companies to see about doing a small list of plumbing projects in my home. The majority of the companies couldn't even come out for over a week just to give me a bid. I called Superior Plumbing & Gas. They were attentive to my needs and gave me a rough ballpark on the cost over the telephone. They were able to come to my home within 2 hours of my call and gave me a firm cost of the projects. With my approval, they began work and was done in 2 hours. I was very impressed with the quality of work performed and attention to detail given to my needs.

Elijah was the point of contact for me. He was prompt and courteous and kept me informed. He was at least 100.00 less than anyone else. What impressed the most was the area was clean after the work was completed. I would highly recommend his services.

I found the company to be very professional. They explained what they were going to do before the install, demonstrated how everything worked after the install, and left my laundry room cleaner than they found it. I even found out they replace main sewer and water lines from street into house and do gas log repair and installations.

The men with superior were great. I knew the details of what they were going to do and the price before they began work. They called with an estimated time and were very prompt. The area where they had to cut through the ceiling below the valve was as clean as it was when they left as it was when they arrived. Very professional and friendly. I now have a new plumber! I will definitely use them in the future when I need a plumber. I highly recommend them.

Very cordial, polite, and efficient.  I think they charge too much but I guess all plumbers do!

Because of prior experience with Superior Plumbing we used them to help remodel a bathroom in a rental property.  They set and reinforced a new acrylic bathtub, replaced a shower valve and raised the shower arm to a greater height above the tub. They rescued us from some DIY mistakes in putting the new tub in place.  They stubbed in and set the shower valve at the correct depth to allow for the ceramic tile we were installing.  Raising the shower arm allows a taller person to shower without having to bend down to get their head under the shower.  They were prompt, professional and personable as before.

In a rental home I own the toilet in the master bath area continued to leak after several attempts to repair were made by various "handymen." I called Superior Plumbing and on the first trip they correctly identified the problem, installed and reinforced a new toilet flange and re-set the toilet.  They were prompt, courteous and professional but, most importantly, actually fixed the problem.

They arrived on time for the job. They were extremely clean and were very conscientious about how they left their work area. They were true to their estimate. Several times they actually lowered their price from the estimate they initially gave me.
