"This was a complex retrofit tankless water heater installation and out of 30+ companies called and solicited for this project, Brett and Dunn's HVAC was the only company to 1) entertain performing the installation correctly (gas line sizing and calculations), 2) had prior experiencing working with tankless heaters, and 3) took the time to work with me on a long list of specifications. These are bulletproof systems if the installation is done correctly and Dunn/Brett took the time to ensure the install was on point and everything went smoothly. They also installed a softener and filtration system. Everything went well from bid to install and I highly recommend Brett and Dunn's - will use again as I could not be more pleased!"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. Upon discovering this , I contacted my son, Clint Ehman, an electrician for Hoffman, to get a referral . Nick G. came out today, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
