"Grace Exteriors claims to be a deck specialist; they are anything but. My project is a large, multi-level deck, and it was clearly beyond their ability to perform. They have no deck designer or project manager, so after the sale there is no one to manage the project. The sales guy tries to do so but he’s busy making new calls. Furthermore, they don’t use any deck design software, so viewing an elevation in perspective was impossible. Instead, I was given a pencil drawing on brown craft paper and expected to give my approval from that. The result has been that they started the project over a year ago and it is still not complete."

And they won't stop!!! I had to report them to angis list. I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"

I had another contractor come out for estimate on leaks. They showed me pictures of my gutters with broken brackets, holes around down spouts that were never covered and another section that is still open and collecting debris."
