We used this company in 2019 to clean our air ducts and they did a great job even though I was not impressed by the professionalism of the sales people. I had even recommended them to other people. We asked for a quote to have the same services done and the quote was double what we had paid only two years before. The only reason we were given for the huge price increase was they purchased a new fleet of vehicles. When trying to understand the difference in price, we were belittled by the sales person (Brad) for haggling over “such a small job.” When we told him we were hiring a different company with more competitive pricing, he told us that they should come do a quality inspection afterwards. We declined and were again belittled because we chose to book with a different company. Zerorez (who did a much better job for 25% less with 1000% better customer interactions) All sales communication was done with Hyper via text which was annoying and unprofessional. When called out on his rude behavior, Brad insisted there is no perceived tone via text message."
