"The guys listened to my requests and figured out how to make what I wanted happen. They are professional, conscientious and just really great guys. Plan on using them again the next time I want to make revisions at my home."

"Our kitchen was ugly and barely working.   We went to Angie's List and hired Good Neighbors, LLC for a previous job and we hired them again and they gave us an outstanding kitchen remodel.
Good Neighbors had previously done a master bath remodel for us in 2012, which we love!  So when it came time to update and remodel our outdated 30 year old kitchen, we again hired Good Neighbors to do the kitchen remodel.
They gave us a price, they gave us a finish date and they finished within budget and they finished on time.  Impressive!
Our kitchen was a complete demolish from the ceiling to the floor.  We installed new cabinets, new appliances, new lights, granite counter tops and updated the electrical service and the plumbing.   We did a lot.
Our kitchen, as with many older home remodels came with several surprises once the work started.   However, Good Neighbors was able to handle the required fixes flawlessly and perfectly.  Most importantly, we are thrilled with the end result.  Even the building insectors complimented their work.
One point worth mentioning, which we really appreciated, was the fact that the Good Neighbors personnel, Tom, Chris and Caleb showed up on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up every night.  They never let us down, never left us hanging nor left us a mess to clean up.
The finished kitchen is even better than we had imangined.   Good Neighbors is worth of a glowing recommendation from us and we recommend them for any interior remodel and proudly give them an A."

"3700 sq. ft. Property everything went. Very professional and great service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family."

"Loay Jabbar provided the information I needed quickly and clearly. I immediately signed up for full coverages for our two homes because of the discounts offered and because of the quality of service that Loay is saying and promising Choice Home Warranty provides to its customers. I have bad experiences with other home warranty companies so I am hoping I found the best company that would deliver the best service."

"Marketplace Homes has managed two residential rental properties for me, and everything has always been very easy. They coordinate showings, negotiated rent with tenants, and hired contractors as needed at each property. I would use them for any rental property I have in the future!"

"My home is currently under construction and has been going on a whole lot longer than it should have because of the contractor hired to do the job. Chris with Modern Marvels was recommended to me by a friend so i gave him a call to paint the exterior of my home. Him and his guys showed up quickly, were very clean and his pricing was definitely more affordable than i expected. i asked him to then drywall my home and paint it as well, it took him 2 weeks to get done more than the current contractor has in 6 months. im actually going to continue using Chris and his guys for most all other jobs i have left."
