"They were responsive to every call, did the work professionally and cleaned up nicely.  We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.  We had two leaning columns in the back yard that are now straight and piered so they will never shift again.  They then removed a large area of cracked cement and relayed.  It looks fantastic!

"We had 1 issue after installation and they came out right away & fixed it. Great attitudes and were on time as scheduled. Very professional crew. We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. I should have paid more attention to the contract. That’s on me, not them."

"In the end, it worked out okay although I had some trouble in the beginning. The two young gentlemen that came out said I needed repair work and they told me it was a big job that would take 3 days. The price was according but I thought it was expensive. They came back the next afternoon and they were done within an hour. I ended up calling the business to file a complaint and the owner came out. He refunded me part of the money. He settled my issue but I don't know if I would ever use them again because they scammed me when I was originally here. "

However, this is a rare occurrence that typically takes many years to develop, and a partial collapse is more likely than a full one. Homes on hillsides or in areas with frequent washouts are at a higher risk. Barring a natural disaster or other extreme circumstances, clear signs of major issues will be apparent long before a collapse is imminent. It is crucial to conduct routine foundation inspections and address any problem, no matter how minor it seems, as soon as possible to avoid threatening the structural integrity of your home.

Yes, slab leaks are fairly common, especially in older homes and places that are prone to earthquakes which can move home foundations.
