He continually ran out of money through the project and kept forwarding money on the contract and then finally he just didn't ever show up and did not complete the project. I tried to contact him several times but he did not respond. So basically we're out of money from whatever we had paid him. I just wanted people to be aware of that."

"My husband and I highly recommend Roger King, aka, The Handy Man, for ANY of your home improvement needs! Roger was a God send when we had issues with our Florida home due to water damage in our kitchen and master bath. Once the mitigation was done and pipes were fixed, Roger came to our rescue and restored and remodeled our home. He replaced the drywall in the kitchen, bath, and garage. Took out a fireplace which we never used to make a nook for our stove and cabinets which he ordered and installed from a picture in a catalog! He ordered the cabinets, counters, kitchen island and hardware. The cabinets are beautiful and I no longer have blind cabinets that I can’t use. Roger also did electrical work in the kitchen by relocating outlets, light switches and the stove outlet. When we told him we wanted to see the invoice for the siding, he decided he didn't want to continue to work for us and kept our deposit he said for labor already performed which wasn't cheap. I searched around and found the exact siding for $20.72 each. Total $124.32! Beware, this person tries to take advantage of older people."
