You will need them as proof if they damage any area not explicitly being worked on and will not take any accountability if they do damage other areas like windows, wallls, and ceiling. You are on your own for the repairs. In addition, there were multiple communication and knowledge gaps in some basic areas of scheduling and permit management. I was even told that they had moved on from my project before final inspection was completed when I had a simple question regarding the inspection. Very lacking in customer service and now have lost confidence in the work and warranty should additional issues arise."

Roger was a God send when we had issues with our Florida home due to water damage in our kitchen and master bath.
