The quality is excellent and it looks great! It feels roomier and cleaning is a breeze. The job did not take long and we were not inconvenienced at all. They did exactly what they said they would.

From start to finish my experience with Bath Pro KC was wonderful! I’ve been looking to update/remodel my stall-shower and stumbled upon this company at Old Settler’s Day, after talking with Steve and Trish we setup an appointment for a consultation. They came over with samples, tons of colors and ideas all while listening to my wants; both were so helpful, knowledgeable and not to mention very friendly and easy to work with. I instantly knew I wanted to use this company for many reasons but a highlight for me was they only work on bathrooms. Now comes the “day”….Nick was the guy doing the work and let me tell you, he is absolutely amazing!!! So meticulous, clean, professional, helpful, friendly and a master at his craft!!! The job was done in a few days and came out better than I could have hoped for. I love the Onyx material! I could not be more happier with my experience with Bath Pro KC, from their customer service to quality of workmanship!!! Thank you!!!!

Our master bathroom needed serious attention. We had steps leading into the shower, damaged tile, a ridiculously large tub and discolored vanity countertops. BathPro came in and delivered exactly what was promised. Our shower is easy to enter now, the new tub fits the space perfectly and our new vanity countertops are beautiful. We also replaced the flooring and are thrilled with that too. I have told Zach and Steve that I will hire them again when we move to our next home. The company is trustworthy and extremely professional.

We attended the 2020 Home Show in hopes that we could gain some information on remodeling our 3 full sized bathrooms. After several booths and on our way out the door, my husband convinced me to try one more vendor “BATH PRO”. It was not a mistake. Bath Pro (Ron) was the only vendor who shared an approximate cost for repairs so we could think about a budget for our remodel. They were quick to make an appointment, very detailed, had samples and were honest in the fact that because of pandemic would need to work around schedules. Keith came to our home, just to make sure we had ordered what we needed. Then came the installers Nick and Zach, and with minimal mess and disruption they were finished in no time flat with beautiful, satisfying results and an extremely reasonable price for the amount of work completed. Amazing! Bath Pro KC put a shower in my half bath in 2 days! They originally told me it would be about a week. I am very happy with the shower. It is beautiful. Ron was so nice and kept in touch throughout the process, from the time I hired his company until the job was complete. This repair went better than I expected! I was pleased that they arrived every day at the time they scheduled. They were honest and kind. I feel like I hit the jackpot finding this company. They repaired a shower drain and replaced the shower floor.

Bath Pro KC handled the remodeling of our main bathroom, and we are VERY PLEASED with the work done! From their salesman, Ron, who guided us through the decision-making process, to Zach who did the installation, and Keith who handled the punch list items given him by Zach, as well as the few items we requested, everyone treated us with respect, was responsive to our needs, and worked in a professional, efficient and courteous manner. Ron did not pressure us to "buy more," but considered what we needed and offered options to meet those needs. He even returned to the house later that week, when my daughter could be there, so we could select colors and finishes, as well as answering several post-signing calls asking for information or advice. Zach arrived on time each of the 3 days for the install (we replaced the flooring, toilet, vanity and sink also, as well as having some repairs done to the drywall in the floor below the bathroom because of previous water leaks) and just kept at it. He did all the demo and had to work around the non-standard size of our former bath tub, now shower space, as well as cut-outs that were under our old vanity. He even saved a square of the old linoleum I requested for my son. We have a new Onyz shower, a taller toilet and taller, prettier and more modern vanity (the old one was incredibly short!) that we absolutely love! I can't say enough good things about how well we were treated, how competitive the pricing was, and the just plain nice folks we dealt with on this project. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Bath Pro KC to anyone. These guys definitely know their stuff!

Professionalism at its best We felt good about Bath Pro after talking to them and knew they would do a fabulous job. They took the time to explain everything and spent longer with us than we expected. They wanted to ensure they understood our expectations and that we understood everything the job entailed. We were pleasantly surprised at their reasonable estimate, another check mark for hiring them. We did have other contractors out to discuss our remodels, but Bath Pro was an easy choice for us. Saying we are pleased with our 2 bathroom remodels is highly understated. Their workmanship is outstanding and ethics top notch. We could go on and on about their great job and how pleased we are with Keith, Ron and Nick. Hard working, courteous, meticulous... We would double the five star rating if possible. Summary: Total demolition; extended wall to insert soaker tub; tile(with insets) and new floors in both bathrooms; install fans, sheetrock work and total shower replacement in 2nd bathroom. Anyone considering a bathroom remodel would be wise to talk with Bath Pro!
