We highly recommend this team. They replaced our entire chimney and wood stove last fall, and we’ve enjoyed the new setup all winter. The chimney system they installed is far safer and more efficient than what we had before. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work...

Ask to purchase and new wood stove from them and have them install it. They visited the house and said no problem. Then disappeared never to be seen again. If they didn't want to do it they should have said so. Called and ask about it only to be misled. I would advise staying away from this...

We recently found out that our tankless heater was installed improperly. When we called to ask about it he tried to turn it around on us and argued that the manufacturers requirements were not his even though when you look online there are multiple sources that say you must follow certain...

We had new vinyl siding installed and they did such a great job that we had 20 new windows also installed. Great company to work with.

The installers were very capable and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results.

Donnie is always on-time and prepared for any task I might discover. He installed the door and it looks and works great. In addition, he did some minor work in the laundry room and installed handicap accessories in the bathroom. Fair wages for excellent work. I would highly recommend his...

Called out Nichols Electric after 5 other Columbia area electricians did not respond to my repeated calls. Rick came out the same evening to give me an estimate for the job. He was ready to perform the work on the next day. He did a great job installing a shut off for an outside AC compressor...

I should have known when they shorted the new foundation for the expansion by a foot that we were in trouble. They had to cantilever over the foundation to get the right dimensions for the expansion. They damaged our driveway and promised to repair it when the project was done. We had to buy...

They came and looked at the crack and told me that they didn't do that kind of work. That they wanted to install a sump pump to drain off the water. When I said that I didn't want that expense for a minor problem so the inspector left. Nice guy but I didn't have them do any work and I don't know...

all went well, had weather delays but no fault of installer, kept me informed on when they would start and kept his word. all done cleaned up and looks great, good for another 50 years...…(50 yr shingles) no problems on rehiring them to do more work.
